Mr. Nandan Bendarkar is the Managing Director of MBK Auditing. He hails from a small town in Maharashtra. Born and brought up in a typical Marathi middle class family, Mr. Bendarkar finished his schooling and Junior College there.

Mr. Nandan Bendarkar, the Managing Director of MBK Auditing, has built an impressive career spanning over 30 years in the field of finance, auditing, and business management. Hailing from a small town in Maharashtra, India, Mr. Bendarkar was raised in a typical Marathi middle-class family, instilling in him values of hard work and determination.

After completing his schooling and Junior College in his hometown, Mr. Bendarkar pursued his undergraduate studies in Pune. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Savitribai Phule University. To further enhance his professional qualifications, he obtained the prestigious ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

Mr. Bendarkar’s passion for continuous learning and professional development led him to pursue several additional certifications and programs. He completed a Management Development Program (MDP) in Strategic Finance from the esteemed Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad. He also earned the Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) certification from the Corporate Financial Institute in Canada, enhancing his expertise in financial analysis and modeling. Furthermore, he obtained professional certifications in stock trading and wealth management from reputable institutions such as the Online Trading Academy (USA) and the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (UK).

Throughout his career, Mr. Bendarkar has held significant positions with prominent organizations including Landmark Group, Al Hokair Group, Future Group, Neurth Group, and Eurostar Group. His professional journey has taken him to more than 50 countries across 4 continents, where he has gained valuable international business experience.

In addition to his role as a Managing Director, Mr. Bendarkar is actively involved in professional associations and contributes to the accounting and finance community. He serves as the Vice Chairman of GMNI, an international association of legally independent accounting firms.

Mr. Bendarkar’s expertise and knowledge have also been recognized in academia. He co-authored a research paper titled “Application of multi-criteria decision analysis for investment strategies in the Indian equity market,” which was published in the journal “Investment Management and Financial Innovation.”

With his extensive experience, diverse educational background, and dedication to professional growth, Mr. Nandan Bendarkar continues to lead MBK Auditing towards success, providing exceptional services to clients and contributing to the advancement of the accounting profession.
